Penske is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer in Franklin, MA. You will fuel, wash, and inspect vehicles to ensure they are clean, safe, and ready for the road. Training is provided to develop maintenance skills and progress toward technician roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and outdoors.
• Knowledge of DOT/OSHA safety policies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, basic maintenance).
• Help keep facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Learn and perform minor repairs (installing tires, rotating/replacing tires, preventive maintenance).
• Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
