Qualifications

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to work well as part of a team.
• The ability and willingness to work outside.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• Must comply with Penske safety and maintenance policies.
• DOT/OSHA safety requirements and drug screening may apply.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and fuel and wash vehicles to ensure a great experience.
• Perform readiness inspections for tires, fluids, and basic maintenance.
• Keep facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Build skills through training; perform minor repairs and tire work as needed.
• Complete other projects as assigned by supervisor.
