Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing is looking for a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer in Coburg, Oregon. You will greet customers as you fuel and wash vehicles, ensure readiness, and help maintain a clean, safe environment.

Training will develop your skills for minor repairs and preventive maintenance while supporting a strong, customer-focused team. The role emphasizes safety, proper tool use, and compliance with DOT and Penske policies, with regular attendance and a willingness to work the stated schedule

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections for tires, fluids and basic maintenance items.
• Help keep facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Learn and perform minor repairs during training, such as tire mounting, rotation and preventive maintenance.
• Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
