Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer in Alexandria, VA. The role focuses on fueling, washing, basic inspections, and safety adherence.

Training will prepare you to advance toward technician responsibilities. Excellent benefits and career stability are highlighted in the posting. Shift is Monday–Friday, 2:30pm–11:00pm, with a competitive starting salary and shift premium.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• Need to understand and comply with Penske safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections including tires and fluids.
• Keep facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Develop skills through training to perform minor repairs (tires, preventive maintenance).
• Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
