Job summary

CK Supply in St. Louis, MO seeks a Truck/Building Maintenance Technician to keep the fleet and facilities running safely. You will repair and maintain vehicles, buildings, and equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and coordinate parts and repairs across departments.

The role requires strong electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic-pneumatic knowledge, basic carpentry, and forklift/utility equipment familiarity. A safety-minded, team-oriented individual will thrive here.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Vehicle/truck maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic-pneumatic knowledge.
• Basic carpentry skills.
• Knowledge of 12VDC and 480 VAC circuitry.
• Ability to complete basic mathematical equations.
• Attention to detail and safety.
• Proficiency with general computer use including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots electrical-mechanical systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, motors, conveyors, light carpentry, HVAC maintenance, and light plumbing.
• Performs light vehicle maintenance on company passenger and DOT vehicles.
• Fabricates and repairs parts.
• Requests needed parts and supplies for inventory levels.
• Coordinates repairs across departments and locations.
• Completes work orders in a timely manner.
• Snow removal and winter lot maintenance.
• Operates high pressure filling equipment when needed.
• Maintains records and documentation.
• Identifies safety improvements and adheres to PPE requirements.
