Job summary

Adventures by Dawn LLC is seeking a Bus Detailing Manager to oversee cleaning, detailing, and presentation of the fleet. Lead detailing staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure every coach reflects our standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.

The role drives quality control, trains staff, manages supplies, and collaborates with maintenance to align vehicle availability with service schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Additional training in fleet maintenance or detailing is a strong plus.
• Hands-on vehicle detailing experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise bus detailers to ensure quality and safety.
• Develop daily detailing schedules to keep the fleet ready to roll.
• Perform pre- and post-detail inspections to high standards.
• Oversee interior and exterior cleaning down to the last detail.
• Enforce safety and environmental regulations company-wide.
• Train, coach, and evaluate detailing staff for performance.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment async.
• Coordinate with maintenance for vehicle availability and service.
• Address customer concerns about cleanliness promptly.
• Maintain records of detailing services and staff schedules.
