Job summary

Scires is seeking an experienced Fleet Deployment & ISEA Lead to support Navy IT systems. The role involves leading operational processes, coordinating logistics for fleet system deployment, and integrating requirements for old naval systems to ensure efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of relevant experience and a DoD Secret clearance, as well as strong skills in organization and process development. The position requires 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Experience with shipboard installation planning and execution.
• Experience developing SOPs and technical documentation.
• Ability to operate independently in an emerging operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of operational processes and deployment documentation.
• Work closely with engineering and government stakeholders.
• Identify sustainment gaps before they impact Fleet operations.
