Tower Mobility LLC in Los Angeles is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to support the Fleet Department by managing administrative, compliance, and coordination tasks to keep company vehicles operable, documented, and compliant.
The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and hands-on collaboration with vendors and internal teams. You will help track maintenance, registrations, and fleet records while supporting daily fleet operations in a dynamic environment.
TheFleet Administratorsupports the Fleet Department by managing administrative, compliance, and coordination tasks that ensure company vehiclesremainoperational, compliant, and properly documented. This role works closely with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to track maintenanceactivities,maintainaccuratefleet records, and support the daily operations of fleet.
Schedule and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections with external vendors whilemaintainingcommunication with service providers to track repair progress and completion timelines.
Handle DMV-related tasks including vehicle registration, title processing, and related documentation.
Manage parts inventory by ordering and receiving parts, keeping inventory updated, coordinating funding requests, and uploading invoices.
Maintainaccuraterecords of fleet documentation, repairs, and administrative transactions.
Assistwith vehiclelogisticswhen necessary, including picking up or delivering vehicles to shops or vendors.
Support Fleet leadership with administrative coordination to ensure smooth daily fleet operations.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
