Flexcar in Auburn, MA is hiring an Automotive 'C' Technician / Mechanic. This onsite, full-time role offers $24-$32 per hour with a full benefits package and a tool package. You’ll service fleet vehicles, perform routine maintenance and basic repairs, follow Flexcar procedures, and work with a team to support 209 vehicle models.

This is a growth‑minded role with opportunities for development. 2+ years of auto repair is preferred; 18+ years old and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive repair experience
• 18 years old or older
• Valid driver's license with clean record

Responsibilities

• Identify, order, and maintain parts for service.
• Perform oil changes, tire changes, battery installs, filter replacements.
• Follow SOPs and 5S standards.
• Review work orders for accuracy.
• Assist onboarding and support teammates.
