Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is hiring an Automotive Technician to maintain a diverse fleet of delivery vehicles, heavy-duty tractors, and trailers.

You will troubleshoot hydraulic and air brake systems, electrical controls, and engines, using diagnostic tools and your own hand tools. This full-time position offers 2nd or 3rd shift options, Monday through Friday or alternative schedules per location, competitive hourly pay around $40.69, with weekly pay, 401(k), medical/dental/vision, paid

Qualifications

• Current documented automotive mechanical experience.
• Experience using diagnostic equipment, scan tools and personal computer.
• Possesses full complement of personal hand tools.
• Class A or B CDL - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a diverse fleet of delivery vehicles, heavy-duty tractors, and trailers.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic brakes, air brakes, electrical systems, and engine controls.
• Operate standard and manual transmission; use power tools as required.
• Meet DOT requirements and wear PPE; report to work reliably and on time.
