Courtesy Chevrolet Fleet Service in San Diego is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to join our team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to ensure safe and efficient operation, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.

You will communicate with the Service Advisor about additional services and warranty repairs as needed. Qualified candidates bring experience with medium- to heavy-duty trucks, strong diagnostic skills, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship

Qualifications

• Experience working on medium- or heavy-duty trucks.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of diesel engine systems and vehicle maintenance procedures.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to detailing techniques and products.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about additional services needed and provide time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
