Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift parts; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist fleet maintenance personnel, technicians, and customers at the parts counter.
• Identify and recommend appropriate automotive parts for fleet vehicles.
• Process parts orders promptly using inventory management systems.
• Maintain organized inventory records to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories to minimize discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors to place orders and track deliveries.
• Manage returns, warranties, and core exchanges.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments.
• Support fleet maintenance by ensuring parts availability to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a safe, clean parts storage and sales area.
• Provide technical information about parts and vehicles.
• Comply with safety procedures.
