Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive or heavy equipment glass installation (or a strong desire to learn).
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Installing, repairing, and replacing windshields and glass on fleet vehicles and heavy equipment.
