We seek energetic, tech-savvy team members for our US Operations team. The seasonal position (August through May/June) of a Fleet Attendant involves managing daily operations of our innovative food delivery service, working in a fast-paced environment similar to a restaurant or workshop, but with cutting-edge technology. Responsibilities include charging and cleaning robots, performing repairs, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating as part of a team to ensure excellent delivery service.

Job Responsibilities:

Operational Service Tasks:

• Cleaning and detailing robots to maintain appearance and hygiene.
• Ensuring robots are operational, fully charged, and deployed or retrieved as needed.
• Transporting robots using ebikes or by foot, including occasional lifting of up to 70 lbs.
• Conducting weekly preflights, troubleshooting, and representing the Starship brand during client interactions.
• Assisting robots in unexpected situations and reporting issues.

Technical Tasks:

• Performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting of robots.
• Maintaining warehouse inventory and cleanliness.
• Participating in online and onsite training sessions.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile:

• Enthusiastic about robots and technology.

• Responsible and professional, representing Starship positively.
• Independent, proactive, and adaptable to unexpected situations.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience with electronics and hand/power tools is a plus.
• Availability for weekend, morning, or evening shifts preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Dexterity for repetitive tasks and full-body exertion.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Comfort riding ebikes on various terrains.
