You will contribute to design and development of flavor profiles, work with R&D and cross-functional teams, and ensure precise documentation in a fast-paced lab environment.

This onsite role offers hands-on experience in innovative flavor creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related discipline.
• 0–2 years of lab, food, chemical industry experience.
• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, SAP).
• Mathematical skills for dilutions and formulations.
• Ability to evaluate sensory characteristics of flavors.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, compound, analyze, and record flavor formulations in company systems.
• Conduct flavor formulation activities including material handling and measurement.
• Maintain laboratory inventory and organization of flavors and raw materials.
• Follow GMP, safety requirements, and site procedures.
• Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams on projects.
• Perform lab processes for intermediates and finished flavors (extractions, evaporation).
• Support sensory evaluations, tasting sessions, and product assessments.
• Maintain detailed records and compliant documentation.
