Job summary

The Spice & Tea Exchange of Branson is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to greet guests, offer personalized recommendations, and learn our spice blends, teas, and gourmet products. You will help set up merchandising displays in a new store and assist with blending and packaging our small-batch items.

Responsibilities include processing transactions with our POS system and contributing to a collaborative, high-service team from day one.

Qualifications

• A passion for food, flavor, and hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and a confident, positive presence.
• A team player who is coachable, dependable, and eager to grow.
• Comfort using basic technology and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
