Job summary

Wingstop in Georgia is seeking a friendly cashier to greet customers, take orders in person and over the phone, process payments, and keep the dining area clean and welcoming.

You will communicate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time, upsell menu items, and balance the cash drawer at shift end. Previous restaurant experience and a positive, team-oriented attitude are valued. Flexible schedules help support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Cashier with ability to take and process orders accurately.
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Food safety awareness and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers entering the restaurant and calling into the restaurant.
• Place orders for customers in-person and over the phone; upsell and maintain knowledge of menu and sauce descriptions.
• Accurately process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions; verify age for alcohol purchases.
• Answer questions from customers and make menu recommendations.
• Balance the register at the end of the shift; deliver the amount before the next shift.
• Assist in maintaining a clean workplace; keep Front of House clean and stocked.
