SGS Consulting is seeking a detail‑oriented professional for flavor applications and food product development in Sweet Goods and Beverage sectors. You will produce bench top and pilot prototypes, manage multiple projects with deadlines, and collaborate with team members to evaluate formulations.

The role emphasizes strong math skills, knowledge of food processing, and proficiency in MS Office, with clear English communication. Bachelor’s degree is required and 1–2 years experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, food science, food technology or related field.
• 1–2 years of flavor applications or food product development experience.
• Proficient in fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
• Knowledge of commercial food or beverage processing, sensory testing, and use of functional ingredients is a plus.
• Strong communication, computer, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office with fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Organization skills to work individually and with the team on multiple projects.
• Apply strong math to convert recipes to grams and percentages.
• Support flavor applications and production of bench top and pilot prototypes.
• Prepare Sweet Goods and Beverage applications and evaluations.
• Conduct collection evaluations and maintain current formulations and specifications.
• Utilize current computer systems to manage materials and data.
• Apply flavors and evaluate products in Sweet Goods and beverages.
• Maintain good laboratory practices and documentation.
