You will oversee daily operations, ensure quality and safety, and drive on-time completion. Travel up to 20% is required; overtime and bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in concrete flatwork and masonry construction.
• Proven leadership ability to guide onsite crews and drive progress effectively.
• Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting grading, site, and structural blueprints.
• In-depth knowledge of all flatwork stages, tool utilization, and proper concrete timing.
• Exceptional organizational skills with rigorous attention to detail on active job sites.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of working hours to support regional projects.
