Overview

Commercial Driver - Full Time position located in Middletown, Delaware with AutoZone. The role focuses on delivering automotive parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, ensuring safe, timely, and accurate service while supporting store operations and delivering WOW! customer service.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence & Communication — Deliver WOW! customer service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Leadership & Teamwork — Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Delivery Operations — Drive company-provided vehicles, ensure safe and timely deliveries, and load/unload parts per route schedules.
• Returns & Pickups — Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Safety Compliance — Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies.
• Cash & Transactions — Process customer payments securely per company policy.
• Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance — Stay current on promotions and products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age — Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Valid Driver’s License & Safety — Must possess a valid driver’s license and comply with safety requirements.
• Automotive Knowledge — Basic knowledge of automotive parts required.
• Physical Requirements — Ability to lift and deliver merchandise.

Preferred Qualifications
