Job description

HMD Trucking is hiring experienced CDL Class A drivers for Flatbed positions, with expertise in load securement and tarping. We offer steady freight, competitive pay, and full support for every mile.

Qualifications:

• Active CDL Class A license
• Flatbed experience
• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable OTR driving experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or preventable accidents

Compensation and Bonuses:

• Base pay: 65 cents per mile
• Safety and productivity bonus: up to 5 cents per mile
• $2,500 sign-on bonus
• Pay for every load, regardless of tarp requirement
• Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights at home
• Weekly pay range: $1,430 - $2,100

Equipment:

Drivers operate late-model trucks, including Peterbilt 567 and Freightliner Cascadia models, all less than 3 years old. Features include:

• Comfortable sleeper
• Removable rider seat
