Job summary

EXPRESSRUN INC. is seeking a Truck Driver to operate a 26Ft flatbed truck with a maximum capacity of 26,000 pounds. responsibilities include loading/unloading, securing cargo, and maintaining logs per regulations.

You will read bills of lading, verify routes, and perform basic vehicle maintenance while delivering goods. Valid CA driver license and 1 year truck driving experience preferred.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; 1 year verifiable truck driving experience
• Valid California Driver's License
• Experience driving 24ft or larger trucks preferred

Responsibilities

• Check vehicle safety, mechanical, and emergency equipment before trips.
• Maneuver into loading/unloading positions and secure cargo.
• Maintain logs of driving hours and vehicle status per regulations.
• Report defects, accidents, or violations and secure the load.
• Read bills of lading and maps to determine routes and assignments.
• Load/unload trucks and perform basic vehicle maintenance as needed.
