Qualifications

• Age: Generally, at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license for the state of residence.
• Clean driving record: satisfactory pre- and post-employment screening results.
• Pass a pre-employment background check.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift over 25lbs, carry equipment, bend, kneel, and balance.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Completion of required training courses.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather and work extended or irregular hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to member requests for assistance.
• Provide other roadside services like jump starts, lock-out assistance, and fuel delivery.
• Maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Ensure positive member experiences.
• Promote AAA products and services.
• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to transport vehicles to designated locations.
• Perform automotive diagnostics and basic repairs as needed during towing operations.
• Load and unload vehicles, ensuring they are secured properly for transport.
• Collaborate with dispatchers to respond promptly to towing requests.
