Job summary

Premier Warehousing Services, Inc. is hiring a Tarper to cover and secure loaded flatbed trailers with tarps, using straps and bungee cords per DOT standards. The job requires lifting up to 50 lbs and working indoors or outdoors in various weather conditions.

You’ll need to be able to work as part of a team or independently as needed. Schedule is Sunday through Friday on 3 shifts, with pay $18.00/hr for 1st/2nd shifts and $18.50/hr for 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• PPE provided and required at all times.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team player and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Cover loaded 45-53 ft flatbed trailers with tarps and secure loads with bungee cords and straps.
• Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Follow DOT standards and company procedures; overtime may be required.
