Job summary

Cdl A Sense seeks an experienced Class A OTR flatbed driver. Earn an average $1,500–$1,800 weekly take-home with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and full benefits. Drivers can take trucks home with trailer, and pet/rider programs are available. Orientation Monday to Thursday; travel costs covered.

Requirements include 1 year of verifiable OTR experience, 6 months flatbed hauling (steel/pipe), clean driving record, and a stable work history. Birmingham, AL region is emphasized for start and assignments.

Qualifications

• Must have one year of verifiable OTR experience in the last 5 years, with at least 6 months on flatbed hauling (steel and pipes).
• No more than one fault in three years; DOT recordable last year reviewed; up to three moving violations in three years (one major max).
• Location Birmingham, AL; orientations Mon–Thu; travel covered for job/training.

Responsibilities

• Run a five-state regional route, potentially covering all 48 states.
• Home weekends (34–48 hours).
• Sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits after 30 days.

What Drivers Are Offered.

• Competitive Pay: Earn an average of $1500-$1800 per week,with a generous $5000 sign-on bonus. Receive your first $1500 afterdropping your first load!
• Home Weekends: Enjoy weekends at home, with a minimum of34 hours up to 48 hours. Southern Texas and select Florida areas mayrequire longer time on the road (2 weeks).
• Steady Work: Run a five-state regional route, potentially covering all 48 states.
• Modern Equipment: Drive top-of-the-line Cascadias andT680s with automatic transmissions. Can take truck home but must includethe trailer. If you don't have a place to park, you can park at a truck stop as longas you have a Dash Valve Lock.
• Diverse Freight: Approximately 40-50% of our freight is tarped

Requirements:

• Experience: Must have one year of verifiable OTRexperience in the last 5 years, with at least 6 months dedicated toflatbed hauling, specifically involving steel and pipes.
• Clean Record: No more than one at-fault accident in thelast three years, DOT Recordable in the last year will be reviewed; nomore than three moving violations in the last three years, and only one can be a major moving violation.
• Stability: While we consider candidates with multiple jobchanges, those with more than 6 jobs in the last three years areineligible for the sign-on bonus.
• Safety First: You cannot be terminated from your last job for any safety violation.
• Location: Birmingham, AL
• Timing: Orientations run Monday to Thursday.
• Travel Covered: We'll cover your travel expenses, including plane, rental car or mileage reimbursement, solo hotel room, and meals.
