Job summary

Cdl A Sense seeks an experienced Class A OTR Flatbed driver to be home weekends. Earn an average take-home of $1,500–$1,800 weekly with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, plus full benefits and a rider/pet program from day one at no cost to you.

Expect a five-state regional route with the possibility of all 48 states. Modern Cascadia/T680 tractors with auto transmissions; you may take the truck home with the trailer. Orientation Mon–Thu; travel covered.

Qualifications

• One year of verifiable OTR experience in the last five years.
• At least 6 months flatbed hauling steel and pipes.
• No more than one at-fault accident in three years; clean safety record.

Responsibilities

• Operate flatbed tractor-trailer on regional routes.
• Secure and tarp loads; ensure load integrity and safety.
• Follow safety policies and DOT regulations during trips.

If you are an experienced Class A OTR Flatbed driver looking to be homeweekends, we offer an average of $1500-$1800 take home per week!

What Drivers Are Offered.

• Competitive Pay: Earn an average of $1500-$1800 per week,with a generous $5000 sign-on bonus. Receive your first $1500 afterdropping your first load!
• Home Weekends: Enjoy weekends at home, with a minimum of34 hours up to 48 hours. Southern Texas and select Florida areas mayrequire longer time on the road (2 weeks).
• Steady Work: Run a five-state regional route, potentially covering all 48 states.
• Modern Equipment: Drive top-of-the-line Cascadias andT680s with automatic transmissions. Can take truck home but must includethe trailer. If you don't have a place to park, you can park at a truck stop as longas you have a Dash Valve Lock.
• Diverse Freight: Approximately 40-50% of our freight is tarped
• Comprehensive Benefits: Full medical, dental, PTO, and 401K with matching available after just 30 days.

Requirements:

• Experience: Must have one year of verifiable OTRexperience in the last 5 years, with at least 6 months dedicated toflatbed hauling, specifically involving steel and pipes.
• Clean Record: No more than one at-fault accident in thelast three years, DOT Recordable in the last year will be reviewed; nomore than three moving violations in the last three years, and only one can be a major moving violation.
• Stability: While we consider candidates with multiple jobchanges, those with more than 6 jobs in the last three years areineligible for the sign-on bonus.
• Safety First: You cannot be terminated from your last job for any safety violation.
• Location: Birmingham, AL
• Timing: Orientations run Monday to Thursday.
• Travel Covered: We'll cover your travel expenses, including plane, rental car or mileage reimbursement, solo hotel room, and meals.
