Job summary

LK Jordan & Associates is seeking an experienced Flatbed Delivery Driver in Katy, TX to safely transport industrial materials across the Houston area. Prior flatbed experience and familiarity with pipeline or Oil & Gas products are highly valued.

A valid license and the ability to secure loads with straps or chains are essential. Responsibilities include load securing, timely deliveries, and accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• Previous flatbed delivery experience required.
• Pipeline, industrial supply, or Oil & Gas experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with valves, flanges, fittings, and related products preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely secure loads using straps, chains, and other equipment.
• Ability to lift and handle materials throughout the workday.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and customer-service oriented.
• Must be able to pass required pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a flatbed truck for local deliveries.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload industrial materials.
• Verify products and quantities against delivery paperwork.
• Complete delivery tickets and obtain customer signatures.
• Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Assist with warehouse duties, order pulling, and material handling as needed.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Follow all DOT, company, and jobsite safety requirements.
