This position is based in Pomona, NY and requires experience operating flatbed trucks, Moffett, and Manitou equipment. Will have a strong background in delivering to construction sites and transporting heavy equipment, with a proven ability to safely secure loads and maneuver in tight spaces.

Job Description

• Location: Pomona, NY
• Delivery Area: NJ, CT, Boston, Albany & Upstate NY
• Hours: Monday - Friday (weekends as needed), start times will vary

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport elevator components to active job sites in a timely manner.
• Operate flatbed truck with Moffett and Manitou equipment
• Load/unload materials at delivery locations
• Report arrival times, delays or changes in the schedule to management.
• Navigate deliveries to NJ, CT, Boston, Albany & Upstate NY.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 3 to 5 Years of Verifiable CDL A Flatbed Experience - Required
• Two Years Moffitt or Manitou or Forklift experience.
• Flexible availability - start times vary based on delivery schedule- Required
• Must be able to deliver and back into confined spaces with no issues.
• No Seatbelt or Cell Phone Violations.
• Must Meet FMCSA Requirements with CDL & Medical Certification.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.

Pay And Benefits

• Between $28.00 - $33.00 per hour / $0.57 cents a mile if over 300 miles / $30Additional Stops / $30 for Layover.
