Financial Package

Weekly pay ranges from $1,100 to $1,800, with annual pay between $57,200 and $93,600, depending on experience, routes, attendance, and tenure. Full pay includes accessorials like tarp pay, stop pay, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay. Flatbed rates are $.68-$.72 per mile.

Transition Package

New drivers receive an $1,800 transition package, including $1,000 for orientation during the first two weeks.

Home Time & Routes

Most weekends off, with variation by division. System Transport offers various route options; speak with a recruiter to find the best fit.

Pet & Guest Rider Policy

No pets allowed. Riders aged 7+ are permitted after 90 days of safe driving.
