• Home Time: Off most weekends for a 34-hour reset

Compensation

Weekly pay ranges from $1,100 to $1,800, with annual pay from $57,200 to $93,600, depending on experience, routes, attendance, and tenure. Flatbed regional drivers earn $.68-$.72 per mile. Additional pay includes tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay. Transition package includes $1,800, with $1,000 for orientation.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years or older
• Minimum 4 months of driving experience

• Ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot platform (tested during orientation)
