Opportunity Overview

System Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes in the western region of America. Drivers will transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. We offer competitive pay and excellent benefits.

• Home Time: Off most weekends for a 34-hour reset

Compensation

Weekly pay ranges from $1,100 to $1,800, with annual pay between $57,200 and $93,600, depending on experience and routes. Flatbed regional driver rate is $.68-$.72 per mile. Additional accessorial pay includes tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay.

Transition & Benefits

New drivers receive an $1,800 transition package, including $1,000 for orientation. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, HSA, 401(k) with matching, life insurance, employee assistance, paid transition and orientation pay, and PTO based on years of service.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 21 years old
• 4+ months driving experience
• Clean driving record, background check, drug test, and Clearinghouse result
• Ability to lift 90 pounds (tested during orientation)
