• Home Time: Off most weekends for a 34-hour reset

Financial Package

Weekly pay ranges from $1,100 to $1,800; annual pay from $57,200 to $93,600, depending on experience, routes, attendance, and service length. Full pay includes accessorials like tarp pay, stop pay, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay. Flatbed drivers earn $.68-$.72 per mile based on experience.

Transition Package

Includes an $1,800 transition package, with $1,000 for orientation during the first 2 weeks, allowing you to focus on driving while we handle logistics.

Home Time & Route Options

Most weekends off; specific home time varies by division. Discuss route preferences with a recruiter to find the best fit.

Pet & Guest Rider Policy

Pets are not allowed. Riders aged 7+ are permitted after 90 days of safe driving.

Hiring Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL

• Clean driving record and background check
• No more than 6 jobs in 3 years
• Ability to lift 90 pounds onto a 5-foot platform (tested during orientation)
