Financial Package

Weekly pay ranges from $1,100 to $1,800; annual pay from $57,200 to $93,600, depending on experience, routes, attendance, and service length. Full pay includes accessorial pays like tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay. Flatbed drivers earn $.68-$.72 per mile based on experience.

Transition Package

We offer an $1,800 transition package, including $1,000 for orientation during the first 2 weeks, so you can focus on driving while we support you.

Home Time

Most weekends off for a 34-hour reset, varies by division. Speak with a recruiter to find the best route for you.

Pet and Rider Policies

Pets are not allowed. Riders aged 7+ are permitted after 90 days of safe driving.
