• Home Time: Off most weekends for a 34-hour reset

Financial Package

Weekly pay ranges from $1,100 to $1,800, with annual earnings between $57,200 and $93,600, depending on experience, routes, attendance, and tenure. Full pay includes accessorial compensations like tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay. Flatbed drivers earn $.68-$.72 per mile.

Transition Package

We offer an $1,800 transition package, including $1,000 for orientation during the first two weeks, allowing you to focus on driving while we support your transition.

Home Time and Route Options

Most weekends off; specific home time varies by division. Discuss route options with a recruiter to find the best fit for you.

Pet and Rider Policies

Pets are not allowed. Riders aged 7 and up are permitted after 90 days of safe driving.
