Job summary

System Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package. The Phoenix, AZ terminal serves as the home base. Expect 3 weeks out and 3 days off on a rotating schedule, with opportunities for overtime and growth within Division 245.

Competitive pay includes weekly earnings from $1,063.13 to $1,812.07, plus mileage, stop, and detention pay. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 4+ months of driving experience.
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• 1 year truck driving experience preferred.
• Clean driving record and pass a drug test.
• Able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot platform (tested during orientation).
• Rider Policy: Rider aged 7+ after 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods on regional flatbed routes across Phoenix, AZ and surrounding areas.
• Maintain safety and compliance while delivering materials such as glass, steel, and machinery.
• Utilize the driver portal and adhere to company policies; participate in orientation and benefits enrollment.

You will be transporting important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Compensation:

• Weekly Pay: $1,063.13 - $1,812.07
• Annual Pay: $55,282.50 - $94,227.47
• Additional compensation: Tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, safety bonuses, and more
• Mileage rate: 0.55 - 0.84 CPM, (depending on experience)
• $1,800 transition package to help you settle in
