HMD Trucking, Inc. is looking for drivers to join our dedicated Flatbed fleet. We offer a 23-year track record, a well-maintained fleet of 500+ Peterbilt 579 trucks, and a people-centered work environment focused on safety and team success.

Flatbed Solo OTR positions pay with base CPM plus bonuses, plus a $5,000 sign-on and other incentives. We provide comprehensive benefits and strong home time. Qualified drivers benefit from orientation pay, on-site repair facilities, and a supportive company

Job description

Join the dedicated Flatbed fleet at HMD Trucking. With 23 years of experience in the business, we pride ourselves on our well-maintained fleet of 500+ Peterbilt 579 trucks and a friendly, people-centered work environment.

About 90% of our fleet is Peterbilt 579s, plus Cascadias and Internationals – all 2023–2027 trucks.

Pay Rates

• Flatbed Solo OTR W2 - 0.70 CPM BASE + 0.10 CPM (if you're ready to make 11K+ miles monthly) + LOAD PAY + $5,000 Sign On Bonus.
• Dry Van Solo OTR W2 - 0.65 CPM BASE + 0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus + $2,500 Sign On Bonus.
• Dry Van Teams OTR W2 - 82*– 87 CPM (split, includes base pay and bonuses) + $10,000 Sign On Bonus.
• Dry Van Solo Regional W2 - 0.70 CPM BASE + weekly home time + $2,500 Sign On Bonus.
• Hazmat/Doubles Teams OTR W2 - 82*– 89 CPM (split, includes base pay, hazmat/doubles pay and bonuses) + $10,000 Sign On Bonus.
• Owner Operator OTR - 75% of Load + Fuel discount program available.
• When 95% service is achieved.
