HMD Trucking, Inc. is seeking drivers for the dedicated OTR Dry Van fleet. With 23 years in business and a fleet of 500+ Peterbilt 579 trucks, the company prides itself on a people-centered, safe operating environment.

Expect on-site maintenance and strong bonuses for safety and performance. Pay includes CPM-based scales (0.65 base + 0.10 safety/productivity) with sign-on bonuses across several lanes, including solo and team runs.

Join the dedicated OTR Dry Van fleet at HMD Trucking. With 23 years of experience in the business, we pride ourselves on our well-maintained fleet of 500+ Peterbilt 579 trucks and a friendly, people-centered work environment. About 90% of our fleet is Peterbilt 579s, plus Cascadias and Internationals – all 2024–2027 trucks.

Pay Rates

• Dry Van Solo OTR W2 - 0.65 CPM BASE + 0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus + $2,500 Sign On Bonus.
• Dry Van Teams OTR W2 - 82*– 87 CPM (split, includes base pay and bonuses) + $10,000 Sign On Bonus.
• Flatbed Solo OTR W2 - 0.70 CPM BASE + 0.10 CPM (if you're ready to make 11K+ miles monthly) + LOAD PAY + $5,000 Sign On Bonus.
• Dry Van Solo Regional W2 - 0.70 CPM BASE + weekly home time + $2,500 Sign On Bonus.
• Hazmat/Doubles Teams OTR W2 - 82*– 89 CPM (split, includes base pay, hazmat/doubles pay and bonuses) + $10,000 Sign On Bonus.
• Owner Operator OTR - 75% of Load + Fuel discount program available.
• When 95% service is achieved.
