Job summary

Central Oregon Truck Company is seeking experienced CDL-A truck drivers for regional and OTR flatbed routes. Earn up to $127,000 per year with strong incentives, including a $1,250 orientation payoff and $1,350 minimum weekly pay for qualifying weeks.

Drivers receive 60 CPM base pay plus up to 4 CPM in performance incentives, loyalty pay from day one, and extra pay for tarp and dwell. Regional/OTR routes with home time every 2-3 weeks.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL A license.
• 2+ years regional or OTR experience.
• Eligibility to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Drive flatbed freight on regional or OTR routes.
• Ensure safety and on-time delivery via pre-trip inspections.
