Job summary

Central Oregon Truck Company is hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for flatbed routes. Earn up to $127,000 per year with 60 CPM base pay plus up to 4 CPM incentives, and $1,350 minimum for qualifying weeks.

Orientation pay of $1,250 gets you started from day one, with regional or OTR options and home time every 2–3 weeks depending on route. Company drivers receive 100% company-paid medical premiums, a 401(k) with 4% match, and a no-fee per diem program to maximize take-home pay.
