Job summary

Overhaul Carriers is seeking a CDL Class A truck driver based in Albany, GA. The role offers home time on weekends, with 5 days out and 2 days home, and flatbed hauling duties with tarping and securing loads.

Trainees require 1 year over-the-road or regional experience; experienced drivers need ≥6 months flatbed and 1 year OTR/Regional. The compensation includes $1,400–$1,600 per week and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible flatbed drivers.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 22.
• Clean MVR and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen.
• Moving violations: no more than 3 in last 3 years.
• Accidents: no more than one at fault; recent at fault rollover within last year.
• No failed DOT alcohol/drug tests lifetime.
• No recent termination.
• Follow conviction date for DUI/DWI.

Responsibilities

• Tarpping and strapping down loads.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and deliver freight on time.
