Trainees: must have 1 year of Over-the-Road or Regional experience; experienced drivers need 6 months flatbed plus 1 year OTR/Regional. Compensation ranges from $1,400 to $1,600 per week with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for experienced flatbed drivers.

Qualifications

• Trainees: must have 1 year of Over-the-Road or Regional experience.
• Experience Drivers: Minimum 6 months Flatbed experience and 1 year of Over the Road or Regional experience.
• Requirements: minimum age of 22.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen, Urine Test.
• Moving Violation: No more 3 in the last 3 years.
• Accident: No more than one at fault accident. Recent at fault rollover in the past year.
• Go by conviction date.

Responsibilities

• Tarpping and strapping down certain loads
• Complete pre trip and post trip inspections and deliver freight on time.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation and Communicate clearly with dispatch and driver managers.
