Job summary

GEX Transport is seeking qualified CDL Class A drivers for steady freight and professional support. Recent graduates receive paid training with an experienced mentor, while experienced drivers must have a minimum of 6 months of Over-the-Road or Regional experience.

Compensation is $1275 to $1375 per week with about 2500 miles weekly. Out-and-back OTR account features 2 weeks out and 2 days home with your family.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license required.
• Recent CDL driving school certificate (120 hours) required.
• Clean MVR and background check.
• Able to pass DOT drug screen and hair follicle test.
• Minimum 6 months OTR or Regional experience for current drivers.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and deliver freight on time.
• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer on long-haul routes while learning safe driving practices.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and driver managers.
