Job summary

GEX Transport is seeking a Class A driver for long-haul routes with steady freight and professional support. Recent graduates receive paid over-the-road training with a Driver Mentor and paid orientation.

Compensation ranges from $1,300 to $1,500 per week, with 2 weeks out and 2 days at home. The role requires 6 months of OTR or regional experience and involves running long-haul trips, maintaining logs, and coordinating with dispatch.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21
• CDL school certificate with at least 120 hours
• Clean MVR and background
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening

Responsibilities

• Complete all required inspections.
• Deliver freight safely and on schedule.
• Operate a Class A tractor trailer on long haul routes.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip paperwork.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and driver managers
