Job summary

O Trucking LLC is seeking a CDL-A flatbed truck driver for Indiana routes serving Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Evansville, and South Bend. You will haul open deck trailers (48-53 ft) with steel, lumber, machinery, and construction materials, and secure loads with chains, straps, and tarps.

Expect 24/7 dispatch support and no forced dispatch. Pay is market-driven, typically 0.80–1.50 per mile, with actual rates discussed before placement. Physical ability to tarp and climb onto the deck is required.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required.
• Flatbed trailer (48-53 ft) experience.
• Securement equipment knowledge: chains, straps, binders, edge protectors, tarps.
• Clean MVR and CSA record.
• Insurance COI with $1M minimum liability.
• Physical ability to tarp, strap, and climb on the deck.

Responsibilities

• Transport freight using flatbed trailers across Indiana routes (Indianapolis, Gary, Fort Wayne, Evansville, South Bend).
• Secure loads with chains, straps, binders, edge protectors, and tarps.
• Ensure safe loading and unloading, document shifts, and comply with CSA requirements.
