Qualifications

Experience in food preparation and cooking in a professional kitchen environment.
Flat top grill experience a must.
Manual dexterity and physical ability to stand for extended periods and move kitchen equipment safely.
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow directions from Team Leads.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Assist the team in daily kitchen operations and food production planning.
Ensure all food is stored, handled, and cooked in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Communicate effectively with team members.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or needs to the kitchen management.
