Job summary

Don Allen Ford Nantucket, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an experienced Flat Rate Technician to join our team and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will perform repairs and maintenance in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced technicians and room and board if needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dealership experience.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.
• Brand knowledge is preferred, but not required.
• Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards.
• Communicate technical information clearly to Service Advisors.
• Ensure estimates and work orders meet quality standards and are accurate.
