Job summary

Penske Automotive Group is seeking experienced automotive technicians for Capitol Honda and Capitol Acura. Roles welcome skilled technicians with dealership background, including recent technical school grads and lube technicians.

Pay is flat-rate and production-based, with strong earning potential based on productivity and qualifications. Capitol Honda offers $30/hr base with earnings up to $58K–$100K annually; Capitol Acura offers $34/hr base with earnings up to $65K–$115K annually.

Qualifications

• Experienced automotive technicians with dealership experience preferred.
• Open to recent technical school graduates and lube/oil change technicians.
• Capitol Honda/Capitol Acura pay based on production (flat rate) and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on vehicles.
• Follow dealership procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and communicate progress to leads.

Capitol Honda: Pay for this position is based on production. Starts at flat rate at $30 per hour. Expected pay is $58K- $100K per year based on productivity and qualifications.

Capitol Acura: Pay for this position is based on production. Starts at flat rate at $34 per hour. Expected pay is $65K- $115K per year based on productivity and qualifications.
