About the Role:

The Flat Rate Detailer plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality automotive detailing services within a retail trade environment. This position focuses on efficiently completing vehicle cleaning and restoration tasks based on a flat rate pricing system, ensuring customer satisfaction through meticulous attention to detail and timely service. The role requires balancing speed and quality to maximize productivity while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and vehicle care. The Flat Rate Detailer will collaborate closely with team members and management to meet daily service targets and contribute to a positive customer experience. Ultimately, this position supports the business’s reputation by enhancing vehicle appearance and protecting customer investments.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field.
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints while maintaining attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor including standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in automotive detailing or related training.
• Experience working with flat rate pricing systems in a retail or service environment.
• Knowledge of various cleaning products and techniques specific to different vehicle surfaces.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication and problem-solving.
