Job summary

Fred Beans Ford of Boyertown, part of the Fred Beans Automotive Group, is hiring Automotive Service Technicians and Mechanics. This on-site role offers base pay between $60,000 and $80,000 per year and requires at least 1 year of experience with Ford vehicles.

You will perform routine maintenance, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, and work with state-of-the-art equipment. Training is paid, and opportunities for growth exist through leadership programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an automotive technician.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks (oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections).
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on various makes/models.
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment and tools to complete repairs.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely work orders and high quality service.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends.
