Compensation and Benefits

The pay range is $22 - $35/hr, with potential benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, tuition assistance, and employee discounts. Additional perks include ASE reimbursement, ongoing training, a 75% guarantee on flat rate hours, and a 2% company match on 401(k).

Responsibilities
  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair automotive systems such as brakes, suspension, engine performance, and air conditioning.
  • Demonstrate troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Maintain safety standards and use protective equipment.
  • Perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
  • At least three years of automotive repair experience, including diagnostics.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Preferred: ASE certifications, state inspection licenses, or MAC certification.
Additional Requirements
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
